Magnificent match between Italy and Belgium. Italy have been my team of the tournament, they can pass the opposition to death. However, their tactical innovation is based largely on Spinnazola, my player of the tournament so far. Such a shame to see him so badly injured. His absence could make a big difference.

wallowing in nostalgia, playing this and other Go-Betweens albums whilst reading Tracey Thorn's 'My Rock 'n' Roll Friend' about her relationship with Lindy Morrison. I loved this band from about 1983-88, saw them many times. Albums stand up well, I think.
