Judging by the fact that it was recorded between Dizzy Atmosphere and Lee Morgan Vol.3, with almost the same rhythm section and Benny Golson, it's probably a pretty good session.
The fact that it came out on TOCJ means that EMI does own it, and this Fresh Sounds cd is perhaps a boot.
I thing you dug up a good cd for BN to reissue!
