Did not watch any of this tourney as i had to work. But SO WHAT! frigging cold as hell and Tiger snaps a four iron on a tree? - just looked at that on youtube and that was a pretty brave swing to get outta trouble which is what he does best. And I learned more words than a George Carlin record caddying so Tiger's allowed to be emotional. I'm no big fan of his, really happy that the kid from Iowa won giving Woods a taste of reality, and still think Jack would kick his butt if in a time machine bag filled with persimmons and wound balatas. Seems to me from what i've caught on the radio that the folks in Augusta got tired of being owned by that grin and reconfigured the whole deal down there - probably ruining a legendary course. Good thing Tiger didn't win or they might have pulled up the azaleas and planted a briar patch next year.

102-Year-Old Calif. Woman Hits Hole-in-1

Pure Luck! But how bout we toss the whole curve and figure the chances of getting it in the hole on the fly, without a bounce!!! My one and only, long ago, did that. Eight iron, par 3, 138 yards. Front apron trap. Luckily the course in Myrtle Beach had them fancy fat flag sticks that narrow at the bottom - kind of a lobster trap effect. Actually uttered an expletive cuz I thought I hit it thin. Truth is the hole before was a triple bogey on a par 5 as well as assorted misfires. Pretty wacky looking card when it was all over. Beer chummed quite a few shrubs outside shag bars that night. -
Hey lady, put on a nice shift and get yourself down to Gloucester ... Herb Pomeroy gigs every Tuesday (i think) at a place called the Franklin Cafe on Main.

damn ... I remember that well. RIP Tatum was good - esp with the Buckeyes, but he was nasty. That whole Raider outfit then was something else. -

There was a Japanese import, non bootleg to boot I believe, out for a spit on LaserDisc. Many years ago I saw it at a place called Lazer Craze in Boston and should have grabbed it. FWIW my kids don't like it when I read them the story in the proper vernacular. -
"right click and download linked file" on the musical notes to the left of the songs ... just don't tell anybody. and correct me if I'm wrong but "Cryin'" has gotta be ChiChi.

Dang ! I forgot. Track #1! "Cruesale-U-Whale" ... (probably only the second time in BFT history that a cut has alluded to the monster of the deep.) go here for now and you're in heaven. load 'em up baby. "Bill Beau Trio: Live at the Blueport Lounge" 1958. long ago this was posted on the board courtesy of that rind grazing on kilobytes. i played this stuff over and over ... i knew not why but it just grabbed me with it's grit and bounce

A few years back Japan released a couple box-sets of DSM mini LP cover collections. Wish I could find the ads I had seen on the net.
