I've seen Ira several times over the past couple years playing in Chicago. Trumpet, tenor, flute....you name it, he plays it.....and well!!! Very friendly guy and always eager to help the younger musicians!
There will be several teams interested in Artest if the Pacers let him go; it seems crazy at this particular time but there have been players crazier than Artest (they didn't necessarily go into the crowd, which seems to be the "thing" that will hang him) that have gone on the market and been picked up. As all things do, this will blow over (it may take a while ) but there are teams out there that would take him. I do think he may have played his final game for the Pacers!

I've been listening to this RVG for the past 20 minutes or so as I've made my way through these posts. I like the recording a lot, but don't have anything to compare it to. Sounds pretty damn good for something recorded almost 51 years ago!
wow, cool....I did believe in god until a few minutes ago. Now that I see some celebrities and a few wanna-be celebrities don't, I think I'll change the way I look at things .
