Cool! Is there definitely a new album coming on ECM? There's a new album coming, but I've only heard a rumor it's on ECM.

I heard the band play an all new set, the next album in NYC two weeks ago at the Greenwich House Music. Two longish compositions...the drummer is also playing the melodies on vibes along with the band now. He's also playing more percussion, bongos(!), small gongs too. Matt Mitchell and Oscar Noriega are stars on the rise. I'm looking forward to a new album when it comes out someday. I love the new sound with the vibes.

I guess I'm curious about that as well, but I'm in no hurry to check it out.

This one I have, great piece. I'd say it's an incredible piece. I've heard this performed, very exciting.

I've listened to the disc a few times and I also love it, it crackles with energy. That's an excellent way to describe it.

I just bought a copy, listened to it this morning. I love it.

Uncle Meat may be the only one from the first 12 that I'm interested in. I never bought Hot Rats on CD, maybe it's time to get a copy.
