i am a BIG fan!! i heard Jesse play last week in miami and he was SMOKIN" i bought the new disc and have played it over and over, it is EXCELLENT! for the uninitiated - Jesse is the brother of Trumpet player and music educator Melton Mustafa and is a big name on the local miami jazz scene. he just returned from a gig in italy and is about to start one in russia! here is his web site: Jesse's Web Page i used a cut from his prior album "Soul Serenade" on my BFT. actually it is now - i'm having one tomorrow. purely precautionary as i turned 50 in april. if you are 50 or older and have not had one yet - now is the time! Dude, I'm sorry about the day you're going to have today. The procedure itself is a breeze, but the day before was pretty awful. Hope yours is better. thanks jeff - as they say it will be all behind me soon!

last year i ordered the jazz crusaders. it was back ordered for over 5 months before mosaic finally (and without my asking) refunded my money saying they did not know when it would return. recently i got the set on ebay - mint and for less than mosaic. i wish though that i could have bought it from mosaic as i really want to support the company.
