I enjoy her recordings, my favourite is probably Dreamland. She is labelled jazz because she records with jazz artist remember that the above mentionned album involved Cyrus Chessnut, James Carter and other well known jazz people but never considered her a jazz singer. She is a pop artist who uses jazz sonorities for her musical arrangements. Saw her live, was not that impressed though. Look stoned throughout the set.
