  1. Brownie and Raymond Fol MG and so many African musician, can't name them all
  2. Not a bad deal both sets for 36 $ taxes included.
  3. Any love for the Quincy set ? Thinking of getting the Hampton and the Berry but the way shipping works, it only make sense for those outside of the US to make a big order. So I would need to buy another set .
  4. Gotta say Soundway is pretty fast on the delivery, ordered my music the 12th and received it today. Looking for to play them.
  5. Who would have guessed that the quarters would involve as many French sides as any of the other championships could deliver. Bravo Bordeaux. Once that said, barring they get drawn together, feel that MU and Barça are on a collision course for the ultimate prize.
  6. Watched the Pacquiao-Clottey PPV All i can say is Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang ,bang, bang , bang, bang, bang ,bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. Those who saw the main event will get it
  7. The change of hour has screwed me up big time. Good thing I don't travel.
  8. Saw drummer Matt Wilson featured in a Joel Miller led quartet with reliable and solid Fraser Hollins and John Roney. We had a thread about jazz performers who offered a some showmanship on stage, you can add Matt Wilson to the list of guys who enjoyed themselves on stage.
  9. Damn if i knew all this was available on regular tv i would have not bought on line a bunch of Marc Dorcels.
  10. Dave you may have not read my previous post but the SI are available directly on their site, so I doubt CD Roms will be done for this reason.
  11. This thread is starting to cost me a lot of money and visits to the post office.
  12. I, too, would love the complete SI on dvd. Hard to believe that there was an era is sports where an important game, or series was played, and it wasn't on tv, especially baseball. You would have to wait for SI to come out to read a detailed account of what happened. *Sigh* I feel like a dinosaur... I'm going have to get this New Yorker set. If you get into the SI vault on their site you can find the integral versions of vintages SI. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/vault/cover/featured/7644/index.htm
  13. The set is the size of a coffee table book and includes 125 pages of printed pictures and text as well as the cds. It weighs about 3 lbs. Ah ok, thanks for clarifying it, it makes a lot more sense
  14. Almost 20 $ for shipping CD-Roms, are they crossing the ocean by swimming.
  15. Do you mean, they charge 40 $ for only shippings or with the shipping fees the whole thing comes down to 40 $ ? In any case with 7 bucks in shipping fees I thought I had it bad .
  16. I was not technically a youth when I saw The girl can't help it but I still remember it well
  17. Wow, was not aware of these kind of products existed, would love to see the same with jazz or cinéma magazine and why not some sports magazine like Sports Illustrated or the Ring.
  18. Great win by Lyon today, despite Real coming like gangbusters in the first half.
  19. If we need to break Gignac's legs, willing to do my part
  20. Finally got to see the Gunners win one What a goal by Nasri http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5uNKGiyM_Vw
  21. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXqMyJt2VFQ&feature=player_embedded Almost the goal of the year. To answer your question Sal never heard of it, what is the theory behind it ?
  22. They're in town tonight, how was the gig ? Will answer myself, they were very enjoyable, a bit silly at times, especially the trumpet with his pants and shoes. Nice melodies and fine playing.
  23. They're in town tonight, how was the gig ?
  24. Went out last night to see pianist Marianne Trudel in a quartet starring Tony Malaby, let's mention also the rhythm section since they did a terrific job on drums Robbie Kuster and bass Morgan Moore.
  25. Friday night fights UK version which kicks the ass of the US version almost every time.
