Saw the trailer for this one recently. Looks very intense, and very complex. Nothing like the previous turds this guy made. And from what I've seen, it's not a scary movie at all. More like The Diary Of Anne Frank meet The Lord Of The Rings. Only better. Can't wait to see it.

Abacab was awesome I was always a fan of their longer pieces. Home By The Sea, Tonight, Tonight, Tonight, or Fading Lights from We Can't Dance (a greatly underappreciated album, IMO).

I still don't understand the "I couldn't stand Genesis after Petey Gabriel left" thing. I'm not a huge fan, but I don't have a problem with any of their stuff and actually tend to prefer more of the post- Gabriel material. I guess I'm one of the few who actually liked Gabriel better as a solo artist.

Hey, whatever it takes to get rid of all this damn ice!!! We've got more snow coming on Sunday, but I'll take it. I love snow. It's the ice that really grinds my ass! One of the ladies where I work lost her father last weekend. The poor guy was out trying to clear ice from their sidewalk, slipped, busted his head wide open, and blam. Dead. That is seriously fucked up, in my book. *edit* We've got a basement garage, and when I came home last Friday, I damn near rammed into the corner of our house. Stopped three feet shy............

Damn. My best thoughts are with you, my friend. My hometown was destroyed by Hurricane Charley two years ago. I was just down there in December, it's still a mess.

Do you mean "oops"? Or do you mean the roof flew ups in the air? Either way, hang in their my European Brothers. I lived in Hurricane Alley almost my entire life. They're definitely no fun at all. Looks like you had a Cat 2 strength storm. Was it mostly wind? If so, consider yourselves fairly lucky. Hope everyone there is doing well.
