  5. ... "running Low" category.
  6. Digable Planets - Blowout Comb Paul Bley Trio - Closer Grachan Moncur III - Echoes of Prayer

  11. Yes a great set indeed! Now starting CD2. If somebody from the board is interested to trade Mosaic sets, you can contact me, here is what I can propose (my sets are complete but I am not the first owner): https://www.discogs.com/lists/MosaicTradeHave/370984 https://www.discogs.com/lists/MosaicTradeWish/370986
  12. Paul Desmond Quartet with Jim Hall CD1
  13. Big preference for the records at the bottom. I have just finished Dr Dre - 2001. I know why I should always stick to instrumentals. 95% of rap vocals are discredited by their overuse of bling bling, nigga nigga, me me, bitch bitch, fuk fuk, money money... Starting now: The Progressive Al cohn (Savoy, aka Al Cohn's tones) and enjoying it quite a lot! Monk's Les Liaisons dangereuses 1960 has been released this week on 1 LP format. Maybe not a collector's item as the 2LP release, but a great place to start for me (http://www.samrecords.fr/shop/thelonious-monk-les-liaisons-dangereuses-1960-simple-lp-version-coming-soon/).
  14. A beauty! I just realize that a few titles from the recent LP reissue are different from my LP.
  15. Another great batch this week. The two on the right were new-to-me, needless to say wonderful!! This morning: Stevie Wonder - Innervisions Charles Williams - Trees And Grass And Things I always had a soft spot on this LP, great music with a feel-good vibe in the Adams-Pullen vein. I still wonder why Williams had made no records as a leader past the mid-70s.
  16. Away from home and the needle for one month. The first notes of Vienna were hitting as I still had a luggage on the street.
  17. Mal Waldron Quartet Park Den Brandt, Antwerp, Belgium Aug. 19, 2001
  18. D.S.M, from the baddest to the oddest, particularly the latter when it deals with Charlie Parker.
  19. I came late to the party and missed the Jazz final prices. And it's not recorded on the website. Maybe Brownie is in the audience and will have more info, but I'm certain that the prices I have proposed online a few days ago have doubled or tripled (http://www.art-richelieu.fr/html/index.jsp?id=86628&lng=fr&npp=150). I just saw a dozen of lots (reggae and blues) of about 80 LPs and 50 EPs sold over 2000 euros and 700 euros respectively. Compared to many auctions I have participated to in the UK or NL, even if qualitiwise and NMwise, they were not as exceptional, but the prices were simply 10% to 30% of what I saw today.
