  1. The new mono reissue.
  2. It's #2 in the Billboard charts.
  3. I like it all.
  4. Right, the "All Music" edition is still available, that is just the 22 digipaks without the suitcase, book, etc.
  5. I hope you can get a copy at a good price. I've nearly been through this whole set three times. I had talked myself out of getting it and got lucky that when I changed my mind I was able to get one at the last possible moment. It's an amazing listening journey.
  6. Cool. I haven't watched any Alias in a while. That was probably my favorite of the seasons. Though Three is also really good.
  7. Though it still seems on backorder, the material in the Mosaic Select is good Hutcherson and worth considering . . . Knuclebean and four more.
  8. Pop Market has the Van Cliburn complete album box set for 49.99.
  9. I like Knucklebean and the recordings around them. Hutcherson has a way of making almost any material interesting. It's not the same music as earlier 'sixties Hutcherson, more electric and funky, but great stuff.
  10. Every now and then facebook is good for something.
  11. I really love "Mojo Man," and "Inside Out," and really enjoy the rest of the album. Beautiful black and sliver digipak as well.
  12. Have a great one and many happy returns!
  13. I remember hearing the whole of Abbey Road on the radio too, just before release. In Cornwall, though, not Africa. You know, as we're about the same age, I thought that was likely the case. Bet you saw the worldwide 'All You Need Is Love' in '67 too. I was in Singapore when it was broadcast. No, I pretty much was without TV from late '66 to late -71.
  14. Ah, since I don't work out, I can continue not drinking beer!
  15. Mine's pretty clean, was playing a side this afternoon as a matter of fact, not pristine, but the rough and ready is in the recording and the playing.
  16. Smoothing off a rough edge or two before heading out to a friend's (Dave's) birthday dinner party.
  17. I like them both for different reasons. I probably play LDS more often, because I just love the rough and ready sound and then there's the beauty of Carlos' sound.
  18. "Electric Guitarist" was the last "non-Shakti" that I bought, I confess. I thought he was amazing through the most extreme Mahavishnu and the "Love, Devotion, Surrender" session and after that I was on to other things.
