i am currently reading Paul Steinbeck's book on the art ensmble "message to our folks" and am listenig to some lps cds and some stuff on the tube right now the collab with Hartmut Geerken for the first tme.

"L'homme de Rio" was a big hit with me when it came out. now more than fifty years later i am watching it again right now on youtube and have a daughter living in Rio. who would have thought....

My shortfalls of living in Chicago is that i have had on my mind to go... hear the band at Beat Kitchen foir about 10 years, but i never go because they will be there next week. I will go and hear them in the next couple of weeks , promised. I alsways enjoyed them when they played in the good old velvet.
