You may just push me into ordering this Bad Boy when it goes into "running low" status.

He already pushed me into ordering it, and I don't even know him. But reading through this thread I thought, "Damn, if somebody likes something this much, it has to have something good in it." Then I listened to some sound clips, and BAM!, next thing you know I'm out $150.

Tranemonk, Mosaic should have you on their payroll.

Took the Ellington Reprise in to work and had a great time listening to it as I did the most goshawful database reporting and transfers to a spreadsheet for a big report to the Legislature.

My recently purchased Horace Parlan Mosaic (just arrived today). It never ceases to amaze me how good that Turrentine/Turrentine/Parlan/Tucker/Harewood lineup was. All of the sessions they did together are wonderful.

Now...if Blue Note would PLEASE do an RVG of Look Out!!!! Sheesh!!!!

What's wrong with the CD they issued in '87? Sounds OK to me.

'Exercising' the Thad Jones/Mel Lewis Complete Solid State CD set whilst doing a bit of cooking. :D

CD1 of this set gets my award for the most perfect Mosaic CD. It's perfectly paced, with a track order which just can't be beaten. Put it on deck and enter another world. :tup
