Got the message yesterday. already had the Tolliver, but did get the Merrill, which I had passed on until now.

I tend to like Helen Merrill far more often than not, but am willing to let her catalog envelop my shelf space slowly but steadily and gradually build in an almost Tantric-like manner. Seems like the way it should be done with Helen Merrill.

The Tolliver just showed up yesterday. Sounds pretty great on first listen. Lot of depth to this music. Warrants repeated listens I think.

Warrants repeated listens ... for SURE!

I hope everyone that wanted it, got it.

More likely that people who never wanted it before got it anyway when it went last chance...

and they'll be enjoying a very rewarding musical surprise.....when they open the box

Not when they find out that played backward through the ventilation shaft of a derelict mill in Oregon a satanic voice can be clearly heard to say 'The Omen. It will scare your pants off. In Theaters now.'

It's a period thing.

Nah only kidding. I'm sure it will look good on the shelf with all the other unopened box seets. Or is that just me?
