Don't know if this counts but the anime Cowboy Bebop has a great mostly jazz/blues soundtrack.

There's the Rocky and Bullwinkle where Boris and Natasha have kidnapped our heroes and they're playing in their jazz band, which is a front for whatever evil deed they're up to in that episode. Rocky says to Bulliwinkle at a certain point, "Come on, Bullwinkle, here's our chance to escape!" to which Bullwinkle replies, "Not now, Rocky, I've got an arrangement coming up in the next set." The narrator (William Conrad) references "Four Brothers" at some point in the episode.

If anyone can find this on Youtube, I'd love to see it again.

I don't think anyone has mentioned The Triplets of Belleville, which has two or three jazz interludes.

A Hoagy Carmichael lost gem, and Hoagy plays the tune on a Stoneway piano. :D

Outside of Looney Tunes, the old Beany & Cecil cartoons were my favorites as a kid.  No coincidence that Bob Clampett was involved in both, I suppose.  Here's a classic one full of beatnik jazz and the voice of Lord Buckley himself (allegedly).
