  1. The link in HutchFan's post does the trick - Analogue Productions and Acoustic Sounds are the same place.
  2. It says "no longer available for purchase".
  3. And the customer base for this investment is...............
  4. Thanks to my old friend Bob Porter.
  5. Marian McPartland - she was a partner in Halcyon with Sherman Fairchild and Hank O'Neal. The record was titled "Now's the Time".
  6. Mine had this cover and introduced me to the concept of alternate takes -
  7. I had the same reaction to the first shot - had the 2nd on Monday and it knocked me out. I slept most of yesterday with slight chills and aches. Still trying to figure out how I am today.

  9. Same here.
  10. 2nd Moderna scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.
  11. Bringing this back to link an interesting website dedicated to him. https://vassavussa.com/home-5/
  12. I like the Rota and Weill and haven't listened to the Mingus enough to have an opinion. I bought a copy on impulse and forgot about it.

  15. I have Company 2, 3, 6 & 7. Sorry to be missing this one.
  16. DAMN, another one.
  17. And they aren't ECM recordings. :-)

For some reason I remember "Phoenix" being part of the company name. I always thought it was creditors trying to get their money back.
  20. disc 2 with Brotzmann/Van Hove/Bennink & Mangelsdorff for the birthday boy.
  21. When I was at Delmark in the middle '60s and we were purchasing Transition masters (we got a Donald Byrd and 2 Sun Ra sessions, one unissued) the master list provided to us said the Migliori was unissued and in the in the hands of Jay.
