  4. Big difference between the Japanese marketplace and US/Europe. The Japanese tread cds like magazines - new issues each month. Maybe not the best example but there are differences in marketing. I think most members here would be surprised by real sales figures of compact discs and downloads.

As far as the Art Ensemble material goes, in the 18 years since the box was assembled the technology (and my skills) have changed. I decided to start from scratch and am pleased with the results. If the box sounds fine to you, buy some new music.
