It will take them a few years to rewrite their contracts (and damp down the legal depts) to make it reasonable for the indies. Most current agreements give the "owners" pressing rights at their plants and have a 5000 copy minimum and a 3 year term for their leases. BTW, these are "non-exclusive" leases.
