Earl Hines "Quintessential Recording Session" on Halcyon 101/Chiaroscuro 101. This should be on cd. Earl at the top of his game in 1970, revisiting his 1928 milestones. It don't get much better.

I probably have that interview somewhere in the basement but want to recommend/warn about the amazing Bowie interview in the AEC book sold on their website. If you knew Lester you would read the piece very differently than a "newbie" would interpret it. For me, Lester's interview repays the cost of the book.
