I think that you should take into consideration how much longer a particular set will be around before it goes OOP and you have to pay big eBay prices later. The Mobley has been around for awhile and would probably be a good choice. Personally, I really love the Django set. The music is timeless, you can't get enough Django IMO.

Even though he's only got two albums under his name, his credentials recording with Miles, Diz and Mingus are quite impressive.

I don't have the Paris Moods (but will soon!) I don't think that I have ever heard a Wilen recording that wasn't terrific. I think that his Alfa recordings were produced in his prime.
