Bright Size Life by Pat Metheny
Belladonna by Daniel Lanois
Buttermilk Channel by Adam Levy (fits your organ criteria)
The Relatives by Jeff Parker
I think these would all be good. How about Verve-era Tal Farlow? Jimmy Giuffre 3? Western Suite?
I can recommend this solo record, missing from the list. https://www.google.com/search?q=cedar+walton+blues+for+myself&client=safari&hl=en&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=ARYUUvDKGrOgyQGjw4GYAg&ved=0CD4QsAQ&biw=768&bih=929#biv=i%7C4%3Bd%7Cl2UbYRiGfIbpBM%3A
I know what you mean mjazzg. He moved to town about five years ago right around the time we were starting our family. My interest in all things squidco took a back seat for obvious reasons. In the past few months, I've been reintroducing myself to a lot of music I just didn't have the energy for and am looking forward to digging back in to the incredible resource!
Yes I am! It has been difficult to get there between 12 and 6 when I'm in the mood for Rogue etc. these past few years. I will be making more of an effort here now. Are you in Wilmington?
Give it time xybert. You will encounter more than ambivalence. I stopped by Squidco this morning around 11. Turns out he doesn't open until 12, but his car was there.
They send you up to six pair of trial frames at a time at no charge. The selection changes seasonally. I was only mentioning them as an option. I realize you were the OP, but perhaps someone else might see something there that they like and save themselves a few hundred bucks.
