  1. Using this site http://www.thefind.com/ .which is really good...I found this site. Never used them, but they list a 24 Ultrasharp under $204. It doesn't mention if they're new or refurbished. http://www.serverfuture.info/
  2. They have several 24". Some that won awards. It really depends on who much you want to spend. http://www.dell.com/Learn/us/en/19/campaigns/dell-ultrasharpmonitors?c=us&l=en&s=bsd
  3. Chicago is one of 6 to 8 teams (which includes the Jaguars. Not a good sign that his hometown teams isn't intersted. They were last year.)....who have alredy said they're not interested in him. Montreal's GM has also said if he comes there....he will be a backup. They do have Anthony Calvillo, after all. Montreal also has Vince Young's rights.
  4. On top of which they didn't get much from dropping that low in the draft to pick him. Worst part beside them not picking a DL which like the Raiders they desperately needed.....like the Giants they could have taken Barrett Jones. He was probably the best lineman avialble from Alabama. He started out as a guard. Because of injuries was moved to left tackle in 2011 and won the Outland that year. Moved to center as a senior and won the Rimmington. They only player to win both at two different positions. As well 3 National Championships at three different positions and All-American at three positions. If he came out last year as a left tackle he goes in the first round. As a center/guard..... Hell, they could have even taken Brian Schwenke if they wanted a center that bad. As in, Jerry Jones strikes again. The difference between him and Al Davis is that at one time Al Davis knew what he was doing as de facto GM. Worst picks would be by the Lions and Bears. The Raiders had a Al Davis flashback. They dropped from the 3rd overall to 12 for a single 2nd round pick to pick the fastest DB....he just open heart surgery last Nov to repair a torn inferior vena cava ...it's honestly is a miracle he's even alive. The JETS basically drafted for whomever finally replaces Ryan with two defensive players when their biggest problem is on offense. The Browns picked the player Miami should have if they were going LB instead of OL. Browns needed a WR last year and they picked another QB and a RB. They still need a WR for whomever is QB....and they picked a LB when their defense wasn't the problem. The JETS are supposedly interesed in Ryan Nassib or Geno Smith. What does it say about Ryan Nassib (who beside Barkley was touted to be the most Pro-ready QB's) that his former coach passed on him as QB for someone (who unless the Bills are changing to a read option offense) will be sitting a couple years? The Hoodie got the Nos. 52, 83, 102, 229 from the Vikings for trading the 29th. That's a lot of picks by the Vikings for a 29th, which brings up once again just how litttle the Raiders and Cowboys recieved in return. I like the Rams picks. Bradford needs a WR and if Ogletree can stay out of trouble...he might be the best LB picked in the first round. A big caution for the Jets first pick, the DB- he's had FIVE surgeries already. Most of which are minor. There draft wasn't that good overall. The strangest pick was Richardson. He' doesn't fit Ryan's system like Lotulelei would have....but like I said....I really think this draft was for whomever was finally going to replace Ryan after this year. He needs to go to Canada and show he can play QB for a few years. He's still only 25.

  7. I think it's time for new moderators. Is Son-of-a-Weizen even still posting? It puts more pressure on LK.
  8. I have all the 32 Jazz releases. Unless there is a great deal new material....I am skipping this. P.S. "No matter the mastering, Pop's recordings have changed my life. No mastering engineer has done that." - Chuck Nessa
  9. I was fortuante enough to see him perform twice. Be well, and Thank You!
  10. Depends what you need it for. I actually like two monitors side by side - it lends to a great workflow. But if that's not your thing, 24" is a great size; I have that on my iMac. Keep in mind that monitors are measured diagonally, but the height and width measurements are important too (is it more boxy or more widescreen). I also use two monitors that are 27 and 30. Check the Dell Ultrasharp line.

  15.     I was at that. For some reason, I never noticed you were the same Alexander Hawkins. P.S. For those interested. The sound on the recording is so much better than the video.

  17. I'm with you on this one. Um. I was agreeing with you, Dan. At ATT, if a fan interferes by hindering the player from catching a ball, he would be tossed. What you just wrote was completely opposite of what you said earlier. Not sure what the confusion is. I would not tell you a fan would be tossed if he had done nothing...YOU just did. Let's review: I'm with you on this one. Not if he interfers with the play. At ATT, he would have been tossed. It looked to me, as it did to you, that the fan placed his mitt in front of the mitt of the outfielder. If in the Rangers ballpark they have a rule that a catchable ball is not interference if the player has a legit shot at it, then it is a bad rule which needs revision, IMHO. To wit: Rules regarding fan behavior at ATT Park: Interfering while a ball is in play is subject to ejection per Giants management Even for you this really is amazing. It was JSngry and not Dan Gould.
  18. I would like to think you couldn't make this post up, but I have read enough of your posts to think you reallly need serious help.
  19. 15 minutes of Schaap rambling on resulted in about 13 minutes of actual Minugs. Now followed by Schaap in about 13 minutes and counting of Schaap. He's now going into Earth Day! How did he even last this long? Edited in...just since I posted that he actually claimed he was going to play music three times....and he's still talking. IBM and General Motors somehow enters his rambling. He's still talking. Massey Hall time.
  20. Phil Schaap just said "he was born in 1922. So he wasn't going to start in 1922" in his now 10 minute rambling about Charles Mingus' Debut Records. I know there is the Pops factor....but just how many people can suck the life out of such an amazing musician/composer and music like Phil Schaap? Edited in: 15 minutes of Phil Schaap!....and at least three times he said he was going to play actual music.
  21. Phil Schaap time. Don't even get Pops started on him! haha
  22. Considering this thread has gotten no views....I might have posted this in the wrong forum. Up for anyone that might have missed this.
