If they don't have it they shouldn't list it as "ships within 5 days". Ordered Aug. 13. That's obviously more than 5 days ago.

I've sent 3 messages to TRR with the BC order number, dates, etc.. No reply. I've sent 3 messages to Bandcamp with all of the info. they require for a refund. No reply. I clearly won't order from TRR again.

What I don't get is why TRRcollective & Bandcamp don't reply to messages.

It was through the TRRcollective Bandcamp store, although from a specific artist. I've requested a refund. No reply so far. Supposedly if it didn't arrive by Sept. 1 it was eligible for a refund. Was supposed to ship by Aug. 18. So far it's $20 down the toilet.

I ordered a CD through Bandcamp which was never shipped. Never arrived. I've contacted the vendor & Bandcamp several times. No one replies. Is this common?

Sold all of my vinyl 20-25 years ago (20+ thousand items). When I moved the only thing the movers destroyed was my B & O turntable. Haven't had a turntable or purchased a vinyl LP since. My children are amused that I still buy CDs.
