I have Rearin' Back on CD from Japan (UCCC-9112) - late 2005, I presume long out of print.

I ordered the Roebke.

The Russell is incredible IMO.

The Swell RogueArt Cd is excellent. I also like a trio CD on Driff with Pandelis Karayorgis & Guillermo Gregorio.

Mine were shipped on Mar. 7 - hope they arrive soon!!!

Excellent CD IMHO.

For me the main reason to buy these is if you don't have the material. Fortunately I've only had to buy 4 so far.

I'm a fan. Calling chewy for more input.

I'm going to skip the US remake. The Returned is available on DVD if you don't stream. I don't believe I'll watch the US remake of Broadchurch either - although it is going to star Anna Gunn. Don't need to decide for the present.

IMO The Returned is great. Look forward to season 2.

I don't know how long they'll take to get here from Spain. I'm not an audiophile, but I'll report back once I've listened & looked (at the packaging).

I'f you're having problems with the Messengers site just email them - they are very helpful & will reply in reasonably quick time (that has been my experience) & sort the problem (I think I had issues with the drop down "state" category too) I placed my order for the "fontanas" yesterday & the full order was shipped by this morning O.K. - so Jorge at Jazz Messengers "fixed" the website for me. He was so nice that I went ahead & ordered the 4 Fontana CDs. Shipped today.

So - looks like "back ordered" at HMV. I think Lon may be correct in comparing these to the Horo reissue program of a while back. I believe I'll back off for now.

I had trouble registering at Jazz Messengers. It kept asking for a state, but there was no "drop down" where I could enter it. Guess what - I said screw this. Maybe I'll try one of the Japanese sites. Otherwise I guess I can find something else to spend my money on.
