  1. The world? Or just your relocation saga? ← Perhaps both. ← I hope it's not both. ← That makes at least two of us.

  4. Gee a salesman not communicating with the people who have to make something work-I'm shocked I tell you shocked!!!!
  5. What King Ubu said!!!!
  6. Don't know but it sounds interesting.
  7. Music and conversation.
  8. A remake of this movie is a complete waste of time and money.
  9. I saw them when they were still the Chicago Transit Authority. It was a good show and considering the fact that the admission was only 50 cents made it an even better show.
  10. Do women really want to hear mush like that? Sounds pretty damn clingy to me. Joe I'm afraid they do.
  11. I saw the follow up movie to "Meet The Parents" while I didn't walk out I was disappointed.
  12. Quincy, Your parents didn't give you a hit of acid before you went in?! Bummer dude! ←
  13. On the whole I liked the Blues Brothers but I agree with you that they did overdo the car crashes.
  14. Second that Dave James.
  15. Agreed with all of the above. Every band here has been played to death. I'm trying not to think of other "artists"(and I do use the term loosely)who have also been seriously overexposed and who don't have a fraction of the talent of the artists who have been mentoned on this thread.
  16. Pharoah Sanders "Jewels of Thought" also the one that followed it and "Thembi" all have African influences.
  17. Haven't been able to pull up quotes-blankety blank!!!!!
  18. This is one I need to revisit. I think "Una Mas" is a great composition.
  19. By the second one I was becoming convinced that they were going down the shit chute.
  20. Chris A I hope you pummeled "Lady Sings The Blues" in your review-it was a pretty sorry excuse for a movie. One that I walked out on was "China Moon" with Ed Harris and Madeline Stowe. About 10 or 15 minutes into it I could see the ending of the movie coming from about a mile away and didn't really feel like hanging around.
  21. Happy Birthday Jim. Hope you're having a good time today.
