  2. That's the key, in my opinion. If you want more teams in the playoffs, add second place finishers or something. But four team divisions in a league with over thirty teams is just a joke. Heck, we used to make fun of the NHL playoff setup, but it makes more sense than the NFL or MLB at this point.
  3. If they ever come out with an A. Whitney Brown collection, let me know. I'd spring for that.
  4. Part of me is thinking "great; next obstacle for the Falcons is the Patriots!" The other part is thining, hell, if Seattle can beat the Saints, anything can happen.
  5. Is it just me who can't see posted photos on the board anymore? "Resized to infinity" doesn't seem to help...
  6. David Bowie Michael Mann Grandpa Jones
  7. Um...that's the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy thingie, right?
  8. Yeah, you should protect your junk regularly; keeps the pipes open...
  9. It's better than the original. But the original stunk to high heaven in my opinion, so it's not exactly praise.
  10. Wow. I mean, I never cared for Elvis either, but that's a hell of a reaction.
  11. And that's after spotting me three or four late picks!
  12. Christopher Wrench Oliver Twist The Spinners
  13. A boring, pedestrian western to me. Matt Damon was excellent, Bridges not so much. Steinfeld was very good (and not as irritating as Kim Darby, if you want to compare). But I found myself glancing at my watch, something that never happens at movies.
  14. You're late? Dexter, season 1.
  15. I had the same problem with Miami all year, though it wouldn't have made that much of a difference... Congratulations, Aggie! I enjoyed this; can't wait until next year!
  16. Ah. I was wondering if it worked on Hampton!
  17. Damn cages...
  18. Thanks for the link; excellent tale! Although I could have done without the photos of the conspirators...
  19. Marty Feldman Ernest Borgnine Oscar Wilde
  20. Keyser Soze Suzie Q M
  21. I must have gone through a case of Tobasco when I was thirteen...
  22. I've never heard of it; I must see it!
  23. I've never read it in French (it's a crime in the U.S. to know more than one language...), but that was my favorite, followed by The Fall. I read it first as an impressionable teen, so it became a big influence on my thinking, for better or worse.
  24. You had me until this statement, Jim. Yeah, it's harsh, but then I've always maintained that Greg should have got the motorcycle, so what can I say?
