Sounds like an interesting band.

Think there are lots of pop/rock folks where I just get to the stage where either I think that they've said all they are going to say to me or like Van, they've maybe said all they are going to say. Lots of bands/artists REM, U2 have gone this way for me. Explains why I lost interest in most rock, a long time ago.

I just stop buying them when they come out, but find a way to hear them first. I've saved a bit of money that way.

At the end of Nov. I heard Charles Tolliver in NJ near my apt, I was really impressed with the bass player. The man really supported the band and took the coolest non-tempered solo towards the end of the set. A few days ago I started to realize Dwayne Burno was that bassist. (checked with a friend to make sure).

Me too. I have the three boxes... got 'em years ago and never really got that familiar with them. The two Kenny Burrell albums I've had for 34 years, I guess. I really dig them.
