I'm not that familiar with her but the article had some funny spots although in the back of mind she reminds me of an adult political version of that kid who is on MTV and who my son watches, Andy Milonakis. About 1 out of every 10 of his gags are funny.

Jazzmatazz has a ton of Enja reissues coming out today. I don't know if this has been discussed previously but when you go to CD Universe they're all back ordered. Does anybody know what's going on? Plus Borders doesn't even have them listed. Even if not available, they should have them listed.

I had the Mabern on Venus and to be honest it didn't do much for me. I much prefer the Memphis Cd. Another good one is Straight Street on DIW.

Notwithstanding the semantical problems as a result of the McGhee exclusion (bummer for sure), this seems like an interesting and worthy project. Not sure I'm going to buy it (but probably will) but would like to listen to a few cuts first.

What are you going to do? Kill the person. Chapter 13 is the answer for individuals. While you're in Chapter 11, you continue to conduct business as normal and the Code's automatic stay provisions prevent lawsuits and such until you emerge from bankruptcy.
