RIP. I recall a wonderful show I saw with both Franks (Foster and Wess) a decade or so ago. Both were in fine form, cracking jokes and playing so well.

thanks. he still sounds great but the sound he got out of his hybrid put him on the map. I saw the Dregs countless times and it was always a high energy show.

how's the SQ overall?

I've thought the sound on the Collectables Atlantic stuff has seemed pretty good overall. Collectables came a long way from their early needle-drop beginnings, though they will never be an audiophile label. Of course, with the warehouse fire, there won't be audiophile vintage Atlantic stuff anyways. I didn't think much of Collectables mastering on the Heath Brother's twofer (with SC of course).

Everything ok here but haven't played all discs yet
