I picked up the book some years ago used and it's indeed great. Created an enorous passion for the label for me. The DVD confirms my feelings for the label (European Blue Note imo). Does anyone have the Cicero box which came out recently as well? Great too if you're into this type of jazz.

Leon Henderson couldn't handle the pressure of being the Great saxophonists brother so he stopt playing altogether after some more playing (and album) with Cox. Just noticed a track from 1983 in the Lord disco also with Cox.

Thanks MwtGA but I've tried to use my portable horn 78' player on a plane and I was removed and put in custody for being a terorist so my only option left for music on a plane is an iPod with in ear headphones I'm afraid.......Or do you suggest something else (I already have the iPod so that's a done case).

Yes I have seen it, felt it and heard it. So you must know by now I actually HAVE it (SRGS-4519). Since HMV doesn't list it anymore it's OOP I guess. Of course this now is the best sounding SACD ever.......(that'll teach you Son)

I don't know but it's possible he altered the pictures of the cover for the web site. Easily done with photoshop or something similar. Let's wait and I'll post a report of the cd when it arrives.
