Sorry about that. I didn't have the time to animate ol' Cat Shatner, so I put his favorite meal up for him.

Most of my rap/hip-hop listening takes place at work - just look for the pudgy 40 year old office drone typing away in his cubicle with Public Enemy's "Fight the Power" thumping out of his headphones. Hey, you just described me! I'm listening to OutKast right now. B)

Don't worry, I played my CDs for her in the car (with my son not present). I'd be in trouble if he picked up any new words. I think my listening will be confined to the car and to headphones. B)

I finally bought some hip-hop over the holiday. I picked up a couple of OutKast cds. I also bought De La Soul's STAKES IS HIGH, Black Star, Jurassic 5. I've been digging these cds. So far OutKast is my favorite. My wife is in shock that I'm listening to this stuff.

Yes this is true. When it comes to genuine musical&emotional (as opposed to quick money) effort that is. I find it hard to get into Britney but very much doubt I will ever find her work the most rewarding.

John, I'll take care of it. I keep picturing it opening up to a staging of King Lear or something (but with ol' James T. in the starring role).

I'm glad I'm not alone on this. It's funny because I really HATED the Patton. I remember spouting off to a friend about how bad it was. I have to admit, I try not to judge an album as quickly as I used to. It seems that some of the ones that are the hardest to get into, have the best payoff in the end.

It takes an amazing amount of skill to sing flat like that so consistantly. (Insert puking avatar here) Maybe they took her into the band just for her looks (NOT!).
