I can only speak for the LP set (and I understand that the CD mastering is somewhat different) but I can only say that this new version sounds far superior and in greater clarity all round.

I did see the Arkestra in their home base on one occasion. It turned into their Memorial performance for Tapscott, who died the night before. So - I need to hear some more of this.
