I wonder how things would stand legally with regards to publishing these in a book? Not sure who owns the rights to Esquire either after Peter Newbrook’s passing. The Calman print was with permission for a one-off very limited run from his daughter. If that was repeated across the whole catalogue it could be quite the exercise, to say the least.
