An old theory - I remember reading about it in a Yearbook from 1953, along with a couple of other suspects (Duke of Clarence etc.). Total red herrings I suspect.

I did a 250 mile drive South from Lancashire today down the M6 and couldn't believe the number of storm transitions I went through. For some reason, Stoke and thereabouts was the epicentre of the worst of it. Grim !
Shocking news. He was featured on a radio show just a few weeks back and I was looking forward to checking him out in a month or so's time at the Swanage Fest. A total tragedy. RIP.
