  2. “Jack Teagarden at the Roundtable” Roulette mono LP I love this music. I have it in stereo on the Mosaic set, but man this mono LP sounds great. Roulette had great sound.

  13. Chet Baker “Sings and Plays music from the film Let’s Get Lost” Sony k2HD cd This is one of the best sounding discs I own and the music is wonderful. Again, perfect for this beautiful cool summer morning.
  14. Amazing. That's the kind of guy I imagine he was, nice to have the testimony to match. I'll say that when I decided to really investigate Tony was when I saw his painting of Ella at the Smithsonian about 20 years ago. It stopped me in my tracks.
  15. Starting off the morning with Bill Evans “Turn Out the Stars” disc 4. Seems perfect for the quiet stillness of the neighborhood and my mind.

  22. Huh, I thought that complete box was just Columbia, which would be the bulk of his releases anyway. Well, Concord put out a 2 cd set of their material, and also the complete Improv recordings in another set.
  23. Concord perhaps? There was an album on Fantasy and one on Bennett's Improv label. Concord put out a complete version of the Fantasy and there is a box set of all the Improv material.
