  1. Well, hope it works for them, but it's not an option I was waiting for. . . .
  2. I've seen all of Portlandia now, it has its moments but I'm not that crazy about it.
  3. David, have a wonderful day and many happy returns!
  4. Have a great day, and many happy happy returns!
  5. If the reviewer is correct and the second concert is Tanglewood, then the Tanglewood show has been officially released by Columbia and is also available on Wolfgang's Vault. I don't collect the 'eighties shows, but I bet that the Melbourne is well circulated, almost all FM broadcasts are.
  6. The 10 cd set came in a clamshell box, with the discs in cardboard sleeves, so I imagine that the postage is appropriate John.
  7. Happy Birthday Clifford! Many happy happy returns!
  8. The second was not that bad, just not as good as the first.
  9. This is an Alex Blake specialty. His album "Now is the Time" is a great one. He also is excellent with Randy Weston, who certainly lets him do his thing. He is well presented in the DVD or cd of "Live at St. Lucia."
  10. On my laptop I find them in my browser "Preferences" under "Privacy."
  11. I like it just fine!
  12. Really? Why so? Because much of it is important and some of you guys are old enough to have been around when it came out first, I guess? I think it was a carefully crafted tweet to get a twitter.
  13. Hope it was a great one!
  14. Personally, I had some of these titles, about 15 percent. I appreciate this music more now than ever. I had to grow into some of it. We don't all have the number of decades in that you do.
  15. Such a great series! I've bought every set and listened to each at least twice all the way through and I'm not at all done with them. I think I like the Dixon, Threadgill and the Russell the most, but all are worth hearing.
  16. So what's the deal with that bonus disc? Is it "Great Encounters" or is it the above? Or is it the above, just titled "Great Encounters" while the original tracks from that album are spread over the other discs (as they were on the individual CD reissues)? Or are there two bonus discs? I'm confused! Or is it the above, just titled "Great Encounters" while the original tracks from that album are spread over the other discs (as they were on the individual CD reissues)? This
  17. Thanks for bringing this up. Never realized that!
  18. Have a fantastic day and many happy returns!
  19. Liveperson Keywords Optimizer. Guess I need to replace my old one?
  20. Maybe not many of us have wives!
  21. I love the Cellar Door set, and am so glad that it was able to be released. I really like all the sets, and agree that the sets without McLaughlin are excellent. I think that adding McLaughlin to the mix really puts everyone at attention, and I bet Miles enjoyed the "vibe" this created and he may have valued these sets more for his own reasons. I'm glad to have them all.
  22. I can't imagine not having it, I have three copies. But I've always had it, bought it when it first was released. It's part of my history.
  23. Yes, it is.
