I have several DJ friends who have received promo sets and have purchased promo sets (at discount) and all were complete with box and booklet. I bought one from Mosaic as well (an Art Hodes set that was one of a number of sets that surfaced in Lourie's home after he died and were sold by Mosaic) and it was complete with booklet, though the box at that time was a generic plain black box.

I'm pretty darned certain it's complete. Sound is great for this material too. Go for it, brainless.

I wouldn't at all say I am used to MP3s. I can hear the difference between MP3 and lossless or Redbook or SACD. And if I have a choice at all I don't choose to listen to MP3. Even my iPod has lossless files whenever possible (the Wadia iTransport I have allows these to be sent to a DAC and played back sounding remarkably like the source cds etc.)

The original series. I never watched any of the other series. And I was in Africa when the original series aired and only ever saw episodes willy nilly in reruns over the years. It's great to see the season all at once, and the Blu-Ray looks and sounds fabulous.
