I've had this version for a while but never REALLY listened to it. The difference from the previous releases is astounding. I heard a podcast with Steven Wilson recently where he talked about all the remixing jobs he's been working on over the past few years (Tull, King Crimson, Genesis, etc) and this was the one he was most proud of. It turns out that all the older Aqualung releases were from a flawed original mix-down. Wilson acquired all the original master tracks and digitally recreated the record for how it SHOULD have sounded. Quite revelation.
