Brewed in Lakewood, New York (near Jamestown)... apparently named for the "Southern Tier Expressway" (I-86/US17) which I've driven many times... very scenic route across the southern border of New York.

I've been on an IPA kick the last month or so... wasn't a big fan before, but that has changed. :rsmile:

I'm not fond of any wheat beer but have liked a couple other brews from the New Glarus folks.

Cajun Martini: Pour a fifth of your favorite gin into a large jug, jar, or cowboy boot. Add 2 or 3 fresh jalapeno peppers (sliced, seeded, and deveined), and a single red chili pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 days. Shake with ice and vermouth in a 5 to 1 ratio.
