I really appreciate threads like this as most of the titles are beyond my usual listening, although I have and like both of the Chris Lightcap titles. I’m pretty sure most the stuff mentioned here would more outside than the Lightcap releases (would outside still be an appropriate descriptor?). I’ll give some of these a listen.

Apologies for being so slow @JSngry - I've just checked my CD (the "Elektra Masters" digipack from 1933) and there are no arranging credits for the bonus tracks whatsoever. And while some of the bonus tracks are mentioned in the new liner notes, there's no real info there, either.
For the main album it's Lubbock on #1 & 4, Clayton on #2, 7 and 9, Evans on #3 & 5, and Simone on #6, 8 & 10.
