Maybe 3-4 inches in Kansas City, but very cold (3-4 degrees all day) and windy. Dry snow is a plus 😀

It's been 25 all day; but not windy, so not so bad. No snow yet. Maybe ice on the roads tomorrow morning.

Indeed, regarding visibility in Europe, there could be a big difference... But just because Tyler was in Europe... many Europeans missed him, and just because Logan was in Tompkins Square Park, many New Yorkers... I am currently reading the autobiography of Sonny Simmons, it's bleak in almost every aspect, certainly including pay from ESP even when including what could be extorted from Stollman's mother...

So far, not as much as feared, although what there has been has been mostly ice, so yuck on that. As long as the power stays on, it should be a nice hunker.

Yes, Tyler recorded for ESP, twice as a leader and twice as a sideman. He eventually settled in France, after touring Europe a bunch. Logan recorded twice as a leader for ESP as well as one sideman date (not to mention a sideman turn for Impulse) though as far as I know he did not tour Europe. A third ESP remains unissued.

We are waiting for it here in the Cleveland area. Today has been calm and peaceful, though quite cold. Still going around and doing things, the last being dinner at a German restaurant.
