  11. I hit Wax 'n Facts, a local record shop, earlier today. I brought home these four LPs:

  13. Dang, I recognized Santana but not Abraxas, which is one of the albums I'm most familiar with. I saw Bill Ware play live in fall of 2024. I got the impression he's currently NY based. Didn't know about the Philly background.

  15. you are right about that -- looks like their last IG post was a year ago today. I got the feeling that they, like many small labels at this point in time, were doing too much on a minimum of resources. Perhaps they are taking a rest.

  24. 5 is the opening track of Abraxas Philly old timer vibists not named Khan or Walt ... Bill Lewis came to mind first, then Bill Ware. Bill Ware fits better.
