  2. In this thread, four regular Organissimo posters have said that the sound is OK and zero have criticized the sound. I consider that a "buy with confidence", but am not expecting "audiophile" sound quality (which would be rare for a reissue of this nature).
  3. Corman was an underrated satirist, among his many other accomplishments. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0065760/
  4. Reggie Johnson and Ronnie Boykins on 'Marion Brown Quartet. ESP - DISK' 1022 [1965]
  5. This one is a jazz-rock classic from the MPS catalogue. "Kunstkopfindianer" is credited by Hans Koller, Wolfgang Dauner, Adelhard Roidinger, Zbigniew Seifert, Janusz Stefanski and it's a great piece of a crazier European approach in terms of composing and use of electronics. The opening piece is just mad, Dauner is going crazy with all keys and synths - and Seiferts' violin playing throughout the whole record is definitely unique, he was really one of the best violinist back then. 11. Does anyone have this? Verdict? I think I'm going to grab a copy but I wanted some informed opinions. https://petererskine.com/featured-album/3-nights-in-la/
  12. Jason Stein / Marilyn Crispell / Damon Smith / Adam Shead: spi-raling horn
  13. Verve MV 2551 (Japan 1976) - Lester Young & Buddy Rich Trio - rec. 1945
  14. So the consensus here is that this is NOT a horribly botched job and that is CAN be bought with confidence?
  15. Thanks, I missed the merch table which was selling them, so my partner told me only when we got home! So I will invest in a couple now
