  2. I had the original lp and missed the boxes.
  3. I got both Taylors on cd a few years ago. I am looking for a cd reissue of ZO-KO-MA.
  4. I downloaded wav files from the Firehouse 12 Bandcamp page and they seem to be correct.
  5. When you buy it you get a code for downloads and you can burn discs and/or play on your devices. Then when you eventually get a Blue-Ray player, and you will, there it is.

  8. Interesting man. First met him in Chicago circa 1966 - he was in town visiting family and performing an organ recital IIRC. Last saw him sometime in the last decade (April, 2018 I think) when he was performing in Muskegon, MI.
  9. Still have those on vinyl. I ran into my old friend Jim Neumann a few weeks ago, shopping at Dusty Groove.
  10. This reminds me, one nite at Andy's in Chicago the late, lamented Sonny Turner grabbed a mike and sadly announced his condolences to Sammy Davis and Ella Fitzgerald on the failure of their new restaurant Sam & Ella's.

  12. I used to use HFA Songfile but it seems they have revamped as well. A Library of Congress copyright search should help.

  15. I was at these concerts - 4 days in August, 1970.
  16. In honor of my father - My father introduced me to jazz as a teen and sent me on my journey. About 15 years later he answered my phone, turned to me and said "Duke Ellington wants to speak with you"!
  17. My collection database says I am closing in on about 200 discs.
