I got one in March of 2009 from Deep Discount (via Amazon). Delivered price was $78.07.

Between the two, I choose Rough 'n Tumble. I did hear it first and haven't listened to either in 10+ years.

While they were in town they picked up a bunch of Nessa cds for tunes on the road. edit to add I got a couple new discs from them too. Folks should search out Adam's projects. I've known him since the '70s and his journey is very interesting.

Think the difference is most were John Carter groups of varying size with Bradford as a member - not the Carter/Bradford quartet. There was also a Bradford/Carter quintet recording with Don Preston, Richard Davis and Andrew Cyrille (Hat) from 1988, but that's a different animal too.

This was released in the US too.

Better than which cd version? I've had at least 2. The lp version you issue was at least the 3rd lp edition in the US.

In addition, the balances would not be the same as mixing to mono. Been there, done that.

I've seen both large and small groups from Holland in the last few years, and they all seem "safe for the audience". This is not to my taste. Good to see he gets a nice paycheck - that's all. I am disappointed.
