Thanks for the clarity. In my life, I've now lost both parents, 5 cats and 4 dogs. Thank (whatever god), I still have my mate and she has one surviving parent. My 2 children both live. I'm sorry but I find phrases like "If there's anything much sadder than losing a pet, I'm not sure I know what it is" insulting. I guess your experiences differ. I am sorry about the loss of Conrad's pet.

Whatever. It was the first "pop band" to get into the hall. More interesting history than great music. The concert is fine and is worthy of the best possible reproduction, but............ Not much different than the Beatles on Ed Sullivan.

Can't provide details of his life, but can say, like his brothers he was one positive human. Three nice men from a Chicago cop and devoted wife. Not an easy thing in those days for a Black family in Chicago.
