    It is just a prefix of product numbers for CDs manufactured by Polygram of Japan. POCJ = Po(lygram) C(D) J(azz) TOCJ = To(shiba) C(D) J(azz) TOCP = To(shiba) C(D) P(opular)

    Yes, there is: changing foreign cash, and cashing foreign checks and money orders is very expensive and time-consuming in the Netherlands, and sometimes foreign checks and money orders aren't even accepted. Buyers in the euro zone can pay me via electronic bank transfers, though.
