George Coppens told me he has only a few copies left. It's available from Cadence. Highly recommended! I remember hearing this - then strange - music on Dutch radio in 1964; I was totally fascinated by the sounds coming out of my tiny portable transistor radio...

Westside is a U.K. reissue label. Here's a site that lists several Westside releases. I don't know if it's complete, though. I have a few Westside R&B reissues. They're not bad.

I own a copy of the limited edition (4,000 copies) of Claxton's Jazz, published by Twelvetrees Press, Pasadena, CA and printed in Japan. I wonder if it's the same book.
