Or those with the fetish that already bought everything in it the other 10,000 times they were reissued. Seriously, has there ever been a record/recordings more reissued than KOB in any genre? What is this, like the 7-10th time in under 20-years? From the you can't make this up.....they're not even using the mono tapes (they lost them/erased them/recorded over them).....they're mixing down to mono from a 3 channel stereo. How about this....instead of buying a mixed down mono of something you probably bought 10,000 times....buy something from Nessa Records, or living musicians that could use the money!

1. It would be nice if you provided a link to anything official on the price. 2. Yes, Document has "issues", but the logic about White is....suing him results in a lot more money than Document....and makes White look bad; especially with him out there talking about all the Blues that influenced him. 3. Of course, it's not going to be any of the musician's estate's that make any money if there is an actual lawsuit, but the estate of someone who probably never paid a single penny to the actual musicians, or their estate. 4. Oh my, Tefteler, or Nevins might not be able to make even more money off people they never paid a penny too. 5. Mosaic is about to release something that a quarter of which is ripped from a cds. I, or anyone with a clue could do the same as what Mosaic is doing and it would be free....what they're doing really isn't that difficult. It's really a joke what they're doing....considering what a certain label(s) in Europe are doing with Mosaic box sets. Sony is releasing the 10,000th version of KOB that those buying it already bought WTF? knows how many times in just my lifetime.....they're calling it mono....when it's a mixed down version of a 3 track stereo tape. But it's this people are up in arms about....when in the end @ best it's really no different. -

Sure hope the bidder had his commas right! And Blue Train, you seem like a fetishist, too, always having to chime in with your facts not fiction creed ... it does get tiring. Your facts are very often one man's opinion (namely yours). It's not worth boiling it up all the time, makes the impression your a facts-not-fiction-fetishist with no life (and little grip on how facts and fiction are related or how facts are "made"). Sorry, don't want to get personal, but your on-going lamento is really asking for it. When I post anything based on facts....they're factually correct. My opinions, are my opinions. They're actually easy to tell the difference, but maybe I should start using IMHO for those that can't figure it out. For example, thief isn't a opinion. It's a fact. I know several who worked with the thief. The only thing is he wasn't charged like he should have been. They just fired him. My commentary on the whole fetish over remastering/engineers that goes on there/ and here....just like the thief is treated like some sort of God on there....that's an opinion. -
This would be a disaster. Even the teams that could afford it wouldn't pay more than half of this. The Yankees basically bid against themselves for the last contract for Mr. April. They would be doing the same with Cano @ $305 million and 10-years. http://espn.go.com/new-york/mlb/story/_/id/9725806/robinson-cano-seeking-10-year-305-million-deal

Never understand things like this. It's just a game. The Bryon Stow thing was bad enough....this is even worse. It seems everyone involved in this is younger than me. 24 is way to young to die....especially over baseball. Dodgers' fan stabbed and killed by Giants' fan. http://www.sfgate.com/bayarea/article/Fatal-stabbing-follows-Giants-Dodgers-game-4845399.php#src=fb

James Dolan strikes again. He just fired (I mean made him an "adviser") Glen Grunwald and is bringing back Steve Mills. How long before Isiah shows up again?....if he's not already an "adviser".

Saw him with Rudresh Mahanthappa and enjoyed it....though mostly with Mahanthappa. If you check the full list....it's like they're picking for the future with all of them....especially the fields I know, or have friends in.

Another member from the thief/god's site? How about this....it doesn't mention anywhere on Third Man Records, Revenant it will be mp3....and why do I get the feeling it's the same fetish worshipers with no lives posting it? Anyone want to guess where the now $469 can be found, or mp3....here is a hint....fetish/no lives. It's not anywhere on Third Man Records. As in, there literally is no price, or if it's mp3/lossless mentioned right now. Once again, anyone really think with White involved that they would do anything that would lead to a lawsuit that could be expensive as hell....especially with White involved? How about this for those with the fetish from the theif/god's site and similar.....post any actual facts and not guesses that's it's $469, mp3 and they're ripping off Buck's estate. http://thirdmanrecords.com/news/view/paramount-records-wonder-cabinet -

Ah yes, the musical ultimate fetish/people with no lives board....don't bring up Hoffman is a thief, or anything negative about their "God" I doubt 3 because it's not worth the hassle/money for White. George H. Buck's estate owns the rights to whatever is not in public domain....and a good deal of Paramount Records releases are in Public Domain. Hey, @ least Buck's estate might make some money. Nowhere is it mentioned it's going to be mp3 but on the the Ultimate fetish remastering/engineer God's site. http://forums.stevehoffman.tv/threads/third-man-records-and-revenant-records-to-co-release-paramount-box-set.330080/#post-9436118 -

Actually, the Nobel for Literature is even more of a joke. The scientific ones are not about validating a career. The people that win those....deserved them. If he does what Vandermark did with his money....it @ least wouldn't be such a joke.

No torn ligaments for Manny Machado. I was watching yesterday's game and it looked really ugly. I have seen less result in @ least an ACL.

Last I heard....Roscoe Mitchell, Henry Threadgill, Andrew Cyrille, Hamid Drake, and @ least 20 other etcs were alive. This thing is becoming more and more like the Grammys/Oscars.

Pops would play all kinds of music (mostly classical/jazz). Moms snuck-in some stuff Pops hated. Been doing the same with our soon to be first born.

They have the potential of becoming a really good team in the next few years. They ended up with the better QB in the whole RGIII thing (like Kaepernick....he's only dangerous with the threat of him running, which means more chances of getting injured....that's if he's ever the same again.....and the read option isn't really going to help any QB career's lasting for long) and they have really good young WRs. Their OL pass blocking on the other hand is a mess. It's a miracle Luck survives each game. It's also really their first year with Pagano as HC because of last year's cancer.....and their defense should improve under him. I think the Richardson trade will come back to bite the Colts in the long run.

34 top charity execs paid over $1 million a year

That's true, but many charities are paying more to those working for the charity than for what they're allegedly supposed to be about. -

First thing I check when I give is just how much actually goes to what the charity "allegedly" is about. Many of them are just a way to funnel money to those that don't need. http://www.tampabay.com/americas-worst-charities/ -
The NCAA strikes again. Penn St. and Saint Paterno covered up/protected a serial pedophile. It was the Ultimate of Institutional Failures. Now the NCAA is going to start restoring scholarships to the Penn St. The O'Bannon class action suit and end of the NCAA can't come soon enough.

One thing else, because Jack White is involved....a lot of people will be listening to musicians/music they probably would never have before. Who knows where they go from there.... http://www.rollingstone.com/music/news/jack-whites-third-man-records-to-co-release-paramount-records-set-20130924 -

My bad, I was thinking of his estate.....which explains why it's the first release since 2004 by Revenant. Have to check but I think the Albert Ayler set was the last release. I could be wrong but I remember reading something about a lawsuit involving Ayler's estate. P.S. I thought you had me on ignore. -

Jack White doesn't need the money. John Fahey probably does....he wouldn't have been able to do it without White. Most of the cost will pay for what comes with the music. I will buy this before I buy the Webb/Ella and the New York Art Quartet release. -
Amazing how quickly you jump on and jump off the bandwagon. The entire season is now gone when just yesterday it was 3 games are not the season. P.S. Among many things wrong last night....they didn't lose more than 1 game before another win last season....in fact the last time it happened was 2010 before Harbaugh became HC and that "idiot" Greg Roman became the OC. Oh yeah, after 2 HC and 6 previous OCs and with the "idiot" Roman (who was the same genius OC when they got to the Super Bowl) being his 7th OC in 7-years (that is an actual record)....Smith was the 3rd rated QB and lead the NFL in completions...oh yeah, he was 19-5-1 with his first legitimate HC and "idiot" OC....Kaepernick first started in week 10 and they played against mostly cupcakes defenses (it really was a perfect storm).....they lost to the teams that had a real defense....including the Ravens. Alex Smith once again with a HC/OC with a clue is succeeding. As in, the DC's have had an entire off-season to break down the read option and Kaepernick....and like this season, they lose to a team with the better defense. @ least RGIII has the ACL for an excuse. P.P.S. In a couple posts the Colts went from cupcakes/tomatoes to they're now @ Broncos level. Of course, they just could have drafted Aaron Rodgers...but thankfully for him they didn't.
