  1. Happy Birthday 2010™ btw, you ever try Ramazzotti Amaro? I used to have it on occasion in Germany with an elder German couple who loved it as an aperitif.
  2. Happy Birthday!
  3. No, Lee goes to right field as a defensive replacement. Hey, the Phillies stuck Oswalt in left field, so it could happen!
  4. Happy Birthday, and a sincere thank-you for everything you've shared with us here!
  5. Some more stuff on Soundcloud - this time it's the 5 tracks that were on the deluxe Insurgentes bonus cd! Port Rubicon, Puncture Wound, Collecting Space, Insurgentes (Mexico version), The 78. Plus a 1997 demo version of "London" that was previously available on the old PT.com, when they used to put up occasional exclusive tracks there. Cool stuff - the Insurgentes tracks are every bit as good as what's on the album itself. Here
  6. 24 + 24 = 24?? It scares me if you're administering doses of medicine to patients!
  7. All the best, Daniel!
  8. Happy late B-day!
  9. Definitely not an upgrade at the QB position. Kiss the Cowboys' season goodbye, I think.
  10. It was cooler when Ghost posted it 6 posts before you.
  11. Happy Birthday!!
  12. Congrats to the Rangers, and to Big Al for being a die-hard Rangers fan over the years here!
  13. Yankees just got a gift on the play where the batter was hit, but not a single ump saw it. A-Rod was able to score on the past ball which shouldn'ta been a past ball. Hope that play doesn't determine the outcome.
  14. LOL Jeff! Happy Birthday to one of the great people on this board!
  15. Nice review in the Sep 10 issue of Prog: Album review from Prog Magazine, Sept 2010 issue (apologies for any typos I may have made!): "Relocator - self released Anything featuring former Dream Theater keyboardist Derek Sherinian is bound to pique the interest of a prog fan, and German quartet Relocator have got that. This debut has been five years in the making and even though Sherinian is making a guest appearance on this record, his influence is clear and constant. While opening track "Red Vibes" rocks hard then widdles away mysteriously and eloquently, "Biosphere" gets even heavier before relapsing into jazzier overtones and "Proxima" takes time before building into some amazing solos. Naming a song "Relocator" as well as your band and your album might seem like overkill but the song actually serves to be the finest example of what the band is about. Some quite fantastic old school, rocking guitar solos merge with some fine, uplifting symphonies with some equally inspired jams sliding themselves into the mix. At times it's mesmerisingly complex and at others, they simply lay down some heavy simplicity. The juxtaposition is brilliantly worked. Dream Theater fans will, of course, find comfort in new material from Sherinian's masterful keyboard wizardry but if instrumental prog metal tickles your pickle at all then this effort from Relocator really is worth searching out."

  17. Best wishes for the coming year!
  18. Wayyyyy too early for me to get excited about this, but I'll take it! Everybody's still got a solid shot at the pool crown this year, which is cool!
  19. Terrible call on the home run by Cano! That was fan interference all the way. If the Yankees end up winning by 1 run, I think the Rangers are going to have a legitimate gripe tonight.
  20. It's entirely possible that the Texans who were there rooting for the Rangers were also the ones chanting Cowboys Suck!
  21. Happy Birthday!
  22. anyone else share my enthusiasm? If you like that one check out Sky Moves Sideways or the 40 minute Moonloop! I think you'll dig both. No spoken word narrative stuff like Voyage 34 though.
  23. Oh also - SW has three new acoustic/unplugged tracks available for free at Soundcloud - Time Flies, Trains, and I Drive The Hearse! Performed by SW and John Wesley. Here
